AIBE 9 results are finally (maybe) out, 5 weeks late (or are they?)

What to believe, the link, the URL, the heading, or the BCI? #classicBCI

Results for the ninth All India Bar Exam (AIBE) may finally be nearly available on the official website , although first reports suggest that the link doesn't actually work.

While a new link has appeared on the official homepage stating "Result(AIBE-IX)" (sic), that link forwards to a page with a heading stating "All India Bar Examination-VIII RESULT" (eight). Meanwhile, the page's URL reads aibe9.allindiabarexamination.com.

At least two reports have come in that AIBE takers are unable to access results.

One AIBE taker wrote in to Legally India with:

The AIBE website now has an option for the results for AIBE IX However, when you click this it leads to a page headed Results AIBE VIII When you input your roll number and date of birth, the response is "Invalid roll number or date of birth".

The results had been promised for today, according to a Legally India report from earlier this week, after having originally been promised for 15 April 2016, after the exam was held on 6 March 2016.

If you've had success or otherwise in accessing your results, please share below.

Full disclosure: BCI chairman Manan Kumar Mishra has sent a defamation legal notice (click to read) to Legally India regarding stories published pointing out the problems with the AIBE and the award of the contract to the unqualified company ITES Horizon Pvt Ltd; Legally India in its response denied defaming the BCI or its chairman since all reports were based on facts (click to read).
