Tatva Legal advised the Western UP Tollway and stakeholders in it, NCC and Gayatri Infra Ventures, on their Rs 575 crore ($85m) sale of the tollway to Cube Highways which was advised by Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
Tatva Hyderabad partner Ekta Bahl and manager Pratyush Singh acted for NCC which held 51 per cent in the Tollway, Gayatri which held 49 per cent in the Tollway, and for the Tollway.
SAM Delhi partner Jatin Aneja and former partner Anubhuti Agarwal, principal associate Sidhhartha Sen, senior associate Varun Nair and associate Dhrupad Pant acted for Cube.
Global infrastructure investment manager I Squared Capital (ISQ) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) back Cube, reported Mint.
