S&R Associates and O’ Melveny & Myers advised Swiss asset managers Partners Group in buying 80 per cent equity for Rs 1,620 crore ($270m) in US-based IT services company CSS Corp from existing investors SAIF Partners, Sierra Ventures and Goldman Sachs. Citibank Hong Kong were the lenders to Partners Group.
