BMR, S&R, Kirkland sell Four Soft to Kewill for $43.4m

S&R Associates and Kirkland & Ellis advised the UK-based Kewill group and its backers Francisco Partners, in buying Hyderabad-based software solutions provider Four Soft for Rs 265 crore ($43.4m). Four Soft was advised by BMR Legal.

S&R Associates partner Rajat Sethi with associates Sudip Mahapatra, Radhika Agrawal and Amy Bharucha and Kirkland London partner Daniel Oates with associates Aprajita Dhundia and Priya Rupal acted for the buyers.

BMR Legal partner Amit Khansaheb along with Rishi Jain, Vinayak Mishra and Tejas Patel acted for Four Soft whose divestment includes the sale of its software solutions business valued at $22.5m and the shares of related subsidiaries for $20.9m, according to VC Circle.
