Raksha Kothari left DSK Legal in January after having been a founding member 14 years ago, to take a few months off and practice independently before deciding her next move.
She has now acted as an independent counsel for cement company Sanghi Industries, which saw an investment of Rs 265 crore by the Piramal group, she confirmed.
Wadia Ghandy joint managing partner Ashish Ahuja was acting for Piramal, Kothari confirmed.
