Nanavati & Nanavati Advocates advised gas industry components maker Siddha Gas Technik on its joint venture with Norwegian company Hexagon Composites which was advised by The Law and Options.
Nanavati managing partner Devang Nanavati, transactional practice head Siddharth Singh and senior associate Ashani Shah acted for Siddha.
The Law and Options Bangalore managing partner Nandgopal B acted for Hexagon.
“Hexagon Composites will have a majority shareholding of 51% in the joint venture, and will offer its full range of automotive CNG cylinders and systems, Hydrogen cylinders and Mobile Pipeline® solutions,” reported the Globe Newswire.
