ROFL!
AMS means Abhishek Manu Singhvi.
Referring to the Madras High Court as "Mad HC", whilst endlessly entertaining, just seems to be a bit off.
I find myself reading the headline as "mad high court passes x order" leading me to dream up a situation where a judge has lost his marbles and passes some ridiculous overarching disproportionate order which completely misses the point it was hoping to achieve, punishes legitimate users of a website due to the fault of a few, and is ultimately completely ineffective because he didn't understand how the internet works.
Now we know that would never happen, so I humbly request you to refer to the court as the Madras High Court, even though it may lead to longer headlines.
