Yup! I have just passed my LL.B. and i strongly believe there has to be a regular communication between the lawyers and the Bar Council.

And a good Bar Council Body can be really helpful.

Lets Vote for a better Bar Council! - Adv. Gulati

All the very best to Hitesh Jain.

Rightly said Bhupendra, welfare of the clients is important, for that matter the statutory body i.e. Bar Council needs to be a transparent and a body with strength and vigor.

and there is need of well educated people, who could give Bar Council a new shape.

I hope theses elections unlike the general elections do some good. - Adv. Kiran Gajkar

Congratulations to Hitesh .
Yes I agree and I am all in favour of dialogue between Bar council and the Lawyers but the welfare of the Lawyers only should not be the objective .
At the end of the day we Lawyers should not forget that we are in the profession because of the clients and their welfare should of paramount importance .

Regards and Best Wishes
