Justice Ramayyagari Subhash Reddy of the Andhra Pradesh high court in Hyderabad has been appointed as chief justice of the Gujarat high court, according to the government’s PIB.
Three judges have been transferred between high courts, according to the government’s PIB, while 12 additional judges of the Allahabad high court were made permanent judges.
Justice Bela Madhurya Trivedi of the Rajasthan high court will also move to the Gujarat high court, and Justice Pradipkumar Premshanker Bhatt, judge of the Jharkhand high court has been transferred to the Gujarat high court to start by 12 and 13 February respectively.
Justice Jayant Maganlal Patel of the Gujarat high court has in turn been transferred to start at the Karnataka high court by then.
