Tiger Global was advised by ARA law, Nishith Desai Associates and US firm Gunderson Dettmer. Sequoia was advised by Themis Associates and in house.
Samvad partner Harish Narasappa and associate Varsha Aithala acted for Moonfrong.
ARA managing partner Rajesh Begur and NDA Bangalore partner Gowree Gokhale acted for Tiger.
Themis Bangalore partner Chetan Nagendra and in house lawyers Tanmay Amar and Sandeep Kapoor acted for Sequoia.
Sequoia had last seeded $1m into Moonfrog in 2014, reported the Business Standard.
