Delhi gov’t objects to ASG Chandhiok appearing for Delhi lawyers in his capacity as DHCBA president, in their Delhi HC challenge to the recent court fee amendment act by which court fee was hiked tenfold. New York based consultancy The LPO Program’s Global LPO Market Study for this year says that the LPO industry employs some 9,000 people – a figure that is comparable to the singlehanded workforce of the world’s largest law firms.
