Bombay HC called up on unpaid Feb salaries: The Bombay high court chief secretary and registrar have been issued notices by the Goa State Human Rights Commission over non-payment of February salaries of all court staff of around 150 at the Bombay high court bench at Goa. Justice Nanavati’s son rapped for threatening opposing lawyer in open court: Retired Supreme Court justice GT Nanavati’s son and advocate Dhaval Nanavati was rapped by the Gujarat high court for threatening an opposing lawyer during court proceedings. Reportedly he told counsel, Megha Chitalia, that he would get her thrown out of the panel of assistant government pleaders.
