GNLU Gandhinagar has already placed a total of 24 students on its Day Zero held yesterday, out of a batch of 155, of whom 115 took part in the recruitment process.
A total of 80 students took part in the Day Zero, according to an official press release from GNLU, and 26 offers were made.
Amarchand Mangaldas’ Mumbai region was the biggest recruiter, with 12 total GNLU 2016 grads hired. It is understood that six of those were pre-placement offers (PPOs) offered after internships.
Khaitan & Co only hired three, while Amarchand’s Delhi region picked up four.
The latest rounds of Day Zeros makes Amarchand Mumbai the largest 2016 recruiter so far with 26 hires, having overtaken Khaitan & Co on 22.
Trilegal picked up two, and Luthra & Luthra, J Sagar Associates (JSA) and Platinum Partners one.
This is the first 2016 campus Day Zero hire from Platinum.

Don't you know what day zero means ?
I really liked GNLU but the news relating to its report and administration being paralysed!, it will definitely hanper your placements.
Tell us, Kian. #thenationwantstoknow
What do we take from that?
Thats a really stupid comment. I also wonder why is a Noojie commenting on a GNLU post targeting NLIU when they themselves have more than enough issues. Is it necessary you people keep commenting on every post to get coverage and prove yourselves better? Is this insecurity of NUJS or some GNLU student trying to prove yourself? Either ways, it is good GNLU is getting placed, but 20-30 odd out of 160 is nothing to be pleased about. On the other hand to NUJS: When you have issues in your own college and keep pestering LegallyIndia to investigate them (!), it is quite bold to target NLIU who have never been involved in mudslinging like most other NLU's and have kept their head down to work harder! To NUJS: You might have heard the phrase: "Those who live in glass houses do not throw stones on others!! I would advice you to solve your issues before you comment on others.
If this comment is a troll by GNLU, they really need to grow up!
