TMT Law Practice has opened offices in Kolkata and Bangalore, taking its total office count to four including Delhi and Chennai.

The Kolkata office, in the Government Place Building, is headed by TMT Delhi partners Abhishek Malhotra and Kaushik Moitra and has three associates. It will focus on TMT, intellectual property (IP), corporate and litigation work, according to TMT’s press release.

The Bangalore office, in Srirampuram, is headed by associate partner Ricab Chand, and will focus on disputes, tax, corporate and IP work.

Malhotra commented in the release: “We are very excited about our expansion. Our goal has always been to be where our clients need us. With the launch of the new offices, the firm has strengthened its foothold to ensure delivery of innovative and effective legal solutions to existing and future clients across the nation.”

The firm had merged with Chennai litigation firm APR Associates to open up in Chennai last year.
