The Bar Council of India (BCI) has announced on the official All India Bar Exam (AIBE) website that the ninth bar exam would probably be held on 13 December 2015:

The previous bar exam was held on 24 May 2015, leaving a nearly seven-month gap until the upcoming exam in December.
The bar exam was originally proposed to be held three times per year.

They want some one who had scanned an Original Caste Certificate with signatures and stamps of gazetted officers on it and uploaded it to actually take a xerox of the Original Caste certificate and then get it attested to be true by Gazetted Officer and then upload again !
Ridiculous !
Are these people whose results are withheld now expected to apply again or not !
