Second Rajasthan HC order: 3 more errors sent to CLAT 2015 expert panel

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2015 expert panel will look into three new erroneous questions in addition to the 18 errors already referred to it, following the Rajasthan high court’s second order to this effect.

The HC’s Jodhpur bench followed the Bombay high court to send a list of question paper errors to the expert panel today, disposing of the writ of CLAT 2015 LLB candidate Parul Sharma. Sharma was represented by advocate Prakash Sharma; CLAT 2015 convenor RMLNLU Lucknow was represented by advocate Sandeep Shah.

The HC’s Jaipur bench had delivered the same order on Saturday, in the writ of CLAT 2015 LLB candidate Rashi Mangal who had in her writ raised 15 errors.

Sharma commented that the Bombay high court order of 2 July, the Rajasthan HC order of Saturday and the Rajasthan HC order of today have so far referred 21 LLB question paper errors to the expert panel.

The convenor has been ordered by the three high courts to revise the CLAT 2015 merit list according to the score changes affected by the expert committee’s reports. However, the convenor has already notified on the CLAT’s website that the admission process and the CLAT office for this year stands closed.

Classes for the LLB and LLM courses began at most NLUs on 1 July.
