MNK Law Offices partners Nivedita Tiwari and Srinivas Kilambi with associates Abhilash Pillai and Aashish Vats acted for Peninsula Brookfield Investment Managers on its investment in Ansal Hi-Tech Townships through Rs 300 crore ($50m) of non-convertible debentures.
SB Partners, led by partners Samir Bedi and Ashwin Mathews, acted for Ansal.
Kilambi had joined MNK after leaving KSB Partners, a firm he co-founded, which then became SB Partners.
The investment in Ansal by the joint venture between Peninsula Land and Brookfield Asset Management will be used towards a 2,500 acre Noida-based development that will complete in five to six years, reported Mint.
