Naveen Goel, Remfry Sagar advise on ad giant M&C Saatchi’s India acquisition

London-headquartered global advertising company M&C Saatchi has agreed to buy Delhi-based ad agency February India through a 10-year structured deal, reported the Economic Times’ brand equity blog, taking around a 20 per cent stake with a 2020 “business target of Rs 50 crore”.

Naveen Goel Law Offices acted for M&C Saatchi led by partners Naveen Goel and Rishi Bhatnagar, with senior associate Mritunjay Kumar.

Remfry & Sagar partner designate Cyril Abroal and senior associate Samridh Bharadwaj acted for February India.
