Crest Law Partners co-founding partner and 1998 ULC Bangalore graduate Dhyan Chinappa was designated a senior advocate, alongside lawyers BM Shyam Prasad, DL Jagadish, G Krishna Murthy, M B Nargand, M N Sheshadri, M V Seshachala, R L Patil, V Lakshminarayana, Vivek Subba Reddy and YR Sadashiva Reddy in a second round of senior designations at the Karnataka high court, reported Bar & Bench.
Chinappa, who according to B&B is the youngest designated lawyer in this batch, started his career with Dua Associates and re-joined the firm after obtaining his LLM from ULC London in 2003. He set up Crest in 2006.
Four others, inlcuding one non-NLSIU alum Prabhuling Navadgi, were also designated in a previous round at the high court this month.

In any case, the youngest at the Karnataka High Court was Justice Malimath, Sr, when he was appointed AG at 37 years.
