India TV relies on Singh & Singh in defamation notice against allegedly harassed ex-reporter & Newslaundry

Singh & Singh drafted the defamation notice on behalf of India TV producers Rajat Sharma and Ritu Dhawan, which was sent to their former employee Tanu Sharma for her sexual harassment allegations against the channel and to Newslaundry reporter Manisha Pande for her story “Tanu Sharma Vs India TV”.

Singh & Singh partner Tejveer S Bhatia acted for Sharma and Dhawan in serving the notice, a full copy of which was uploaded by Newslaundry today.

Advocate Siddharth Aggarwal drafted the reply for Pande, stating that the notice against Pande was “misdirected, misconceived and unfounded” against her and denying all allegations against her. A full copy of the reply was also uploaded by Newslaundry.
