Tatva, Trilegal bring $10m ASK Pravi PE care to Omni hospitals

Tatva Legal advised the ASK Group’s joint venture fund ASK Pravi in investing Rs 60 crore ($9.8m) in Hyderabad-based Omni hospitals, which was advised by Trilegal.

Tatva Bangalore partner Manav Nagaraj, Hyderabad partner Rajeev Reddy, senior associates Pratyush Singh and Bhargava KS and associate Kritika Malhotra acted for ASK Pravi, which bought a significant minority stake in Omni, according to VCCircle.

Trilegal Hyderabad partner Pavan Kumar, senior associate Emil Joseph and associate Denis John acted for Omni Hospitals. Omni is a tertiary care hospital chain in Hyderabad and Vishakhapatnam promoted by Incor Group, founded by Anand Reddy Gummadi and Surya Reddy Pulagam, according to the Business Standard.
