The Delhi district court’s pecuniary jurisdiction may increase from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 2 crore after the proposal was considered in a meeting of judges of the Delhi high court yesterday, according to two independent sources.

Today rumours have been spreading in Delhi courts’ corridors via text messages that the change has been made.

The pecuniary jurisdiction was enhanced previously in 2002 from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 20 lakh. [DK Mahant]

Update: Formal confirmation from the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) has arrived, that they have “made a representation” to the Delhi high court’s chief justice and other judges, taking “all steps necessary to safeguard the interest of the members” of the DHCBA. It is high time that the district courts in Delhi get unlimited jurisdiction like in other States. The High Court must accept that it is a constitutional court and should act as appellate court in civil cases and not have original jurisdiction in civil cases.

I. No one do anything against him
II. He is over the Law
III. Law is Puppet of his hand
IV. His Owns and relative can settle all the
things in his favour

System.

In These case Guilty & Persons who help him must be given minimum Imprisonment for Life.

It can help the People to understand that what Law Means. It can be a lesson for others.

7)Working Hour Should be Increased 8 to 10 Hours and 1 weekly of inspite of 2 for the Persons who are Related with the Law Processes.

The peoples should think & understand the are in service of people not in the Bussiness.
As Everyone Knows that Thousands of cases of already pending in all courts. It can help to resolve the pending cases sooner.
In private organisations it normally happens while they have no pendencies.

8)Government should do Regular Improvement, Give Suggessions, Solutions & Better Options for Peoples without waiting for any Big Incident/Accident or taking public’s attention .

9)In the Cases of Provocating Acts Minimum “3rd DEGREE” Must be given to the Guilty. It’s the Beginning of Crime & should be stopped at this stage.
By this type of Punishment Guilty will not be able to think or do anything after it.

10)The whole Incident is the Faillure of Security Agecies and their Chief should show their Responsibility and on the Basis of Morality.
They must Give Resignations or Government should take it from them.

11)Government should make one new force as Central Force to give the Guarantee of Law at Any Condition, Any Cost or Any How.

If the matters will not be applied then people will never forget this Accident (as a “BLACK DREAM”) and will fresh it
when the Government will come to the people to vote them.
What the Government will Decide now
