Exclusive: Desai & Diwanji has acted for Eureka Forbes in its 50:50 joint venture (JV) with Khaitan & Co-advised Waterlogic, which will develop water purification products together over five years, investing $10m (Rs 54 crore).
India’s largest water purification product company Eureka Forbes instructed Desai & Diwanji associate partner Natasha Treasurywala along with associates Sreejith S and Devvrat Periwal.
Waterlogic, which is headquartered in Ireland and specialises in point-of-use water purification, was advised by Khaitan & Co partner Kalpana Unadkat and senior associate Stuti Galiya.
The JV includes a plant in Dehra Dun and covers products such as the Aquaguard World Series, reported the Hindustan Times.
