The Bar Council of India (BCI) has today made available an online application form for the AIBE on its website.

why can't BCI send the certificates through courier to our respective mailing addresses? why can't they speed up the entire printing process? why are they so slow in everything they do? they've crossed all limits. delay in everything..

BCI Is looking for funds to print certificates, so they are not abled to DISPATCH the certificates. No recent press release from BCI, please refer to BCI web site where it is clearly written that BCI will Issue Practice Certificate within 30 days from the date of result. But now here it is already 42 days being passed and they are sying Certificates "BEING PRINTED"

probably bci needs to file a delay condonation petition first and then give us our certificates.
